At TARU, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please review the details below for estimated shipping times, costs, tracking, and policies for lost or delayed packages.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Expedited Shipping: Orders placed before 1 PM CST will be shipped the same day. Expedited shipping costs vary based on location and order size and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Holiday Shipping: During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer. Please place orders early to ensure timely delivery.
  • Delays: Inclement weather, customs processing, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact shipping times.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order via the link provided in the email or by logging into your account. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at contact@taruclothing.com.

If your billing and shipping addresses do not match, we may reach out for verification to prevent fraud. This may cause processing delays.

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. TARU is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Standard Shipping

  • USA:

    • Orders under $75$6.99 Shipping
    • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
  • Canada:
    • Orders $100+Free Shipping
    • Orders under $100$10.99 Shipping
    • Delivery Time: 7-10 business days
  • United Kingdom:
    • Orders $125+Free Shipping
    • Orders under $125$15 Shipping
    • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days

International Orders & Customs Fees:

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees upon delivery.
  • TARU is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Expedited Shipping (USA Only)

  • Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days after the order has shipped.
  • Note: Expedited shipping applies after the order has been processed and shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

If your order is delayed or lost in transit:

  1. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier (this can take up to two weeks).
  2. If your package is confirmed lost or delivered to the wrong address:
    • If the item is in stock, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
    • If the item is out of stock, you may choose a store credit or a refund.
  3. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.

Refunds for Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless TARU is at fault (e.g., incorrect item shipped, lost package confirmed by the carrier).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a TARU error.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some countries may have import restrictions that prevent us from shipping certain items. If your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Eco-Friendly Shipping

TARU is committed to sustainability. Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly packaging to reduce waste.
