Refund policy

  • Returns require the original sales receipt.
  • Returns & exchanges accepted within 20 days of delivery. After 20 days, only exchanges or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
  • Items must be new, unaltered, and unused, meaning:
    • No signs of wear or damage.
    • All tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All Accessories
  • All Sale Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact Customer Support immediately at contact@taruclothing.com. Eligible cases qualify for store credit or a refund.

Important Notes:

  • Returns & exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt.
  • You must contact us within 20 days to initiate a return. Items sent back after 20 days without prior approval will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we are at fault.
